Location: Pipersville, PA
Position: Purification Technician
Job Description: Purification of normal, secondary antibodies, and custom mono and polyclonal antibodies with the goal of providing consistent, high quality products and services to our customers with complete, accurate documentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
• Routine buffer preparation for all processes being performed in the department
• Protein A and Protein G purification of normal IgGs and other antibodies
• Write and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Records (BR) as needed
• Assist in filling, labeling, and finished good inspection
• Operate basic laboratory and analytical equipment
• Compliance with all Standing Operating Procedures in relation to Protein Purification
• Cleaning of laboratory areas on a regular basis
• Perform work in accordance with current good manufacturing practices (cGMP)
• Perform autoclave sterilization of items as needed
• Assist in preparation of investigation reports as part of the Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) program


Requirements:
• Good oral and written communication skills (English) and mathematics skills
• Windows-based computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with cGMP quality systems and manufacturing operations
• Ability to give directions, train others and communicate effectively
• Knowledge of the metric system


Education:
• Minimum of a High School Diploma, Bachelor Degree in a scientific field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a scientific field with a HS Diploma, 0-2 years with a Bachelor Degree

Location: Ottsville, PA
Position: Large Animal Technician
Job Description: To balance production and animal care at Lampire with the goal of providing consistent, high quality products and services to our customers with complete, accurate documentation.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Animal care Am/Pm daily, when scheduled to work
• Complete daily production which may include injections, bleeding, milking, etc.
• Maintain animal living areas
• Document findings and job completions in the required logs


Requirements:
• The ability to lift 50lbs or more ona regular basis
• Good oral and written communication (English)
• Windows-based computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• A valid drivers license
• Must be able to rotate holidays and weekends and on occasion, work longer hours


Education:
• Animal Science degree or 4 years or more of animal related experience

Position: Project Manager
Job Description: Management and oversight of client projects at our Everett BioProcessing Facility


Requirements:
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail required
• Self-starter mentality, capable of managing multiple projects and/or a large projects with many moving parts
• Ability to manage customer expectations, meet the customer’s needs, and to work and manage a schedule
• Demonstrated ability to manage people and teams


Education:
• Bachelors Degree with 2-5 years of project management experience
• Degree in a scientific field and/or Project Management certification desirable, but not required

Location: Pipersville, PA
Position: Project Manager
Job Description: Management and oversight of Monoclonal and Polyclonal Antibody Projects as well as custom antibody purifications and cell culture production at our Pipersville Biotech Facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
• Client communications, including project milestones and updates, technical recommendations and client inquiries
• Work closely with internal and external clients, Sales team and Production teams to implement specific project requirements
• Facilitate communication between multiple facilities to ensure completion of project tasks and milestones
• Create project schedules and associated paperwork
• Schedule and manage key meetings
• Ensure compliance with all client protocols and IACUC regulations
• Compliance with all pertinent Quality Assurance procedures and requirements
• All work will be performed according to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
• Assist in preparation of investigation reports and additional testing required by the client or as part of the CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) Program


Requirements:
• Previous customer service, sales or project management experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail

Location: Everett, PA
Position: Large Animal Technician
Job Description: Animal technician to perform manual and semi-skilled work in connection with feeding, cleansing and care of large animals. Duties include maintaining animal health and birthing records, observing and reporting on animals for signs of disease/disorders. Assist with treatments for disease/disorders. Perform routine maintenance of farm facility.

Requirements: Some heavy lifting involved. Must have valid driver’s license. Must be a team player, enjoy working with animals and outdoors. Demonstrates a commitment to quality of care of animals. Familiarity with USDA, AAALAC requirements a plus. Tractor/Farm equipment experience a plus.

Education: Minimum of High School Diploma
