Job Description:
Team player needed for administrative position to join customer service/sales and marketing department. This job requires interpersonal skills as it serves as the first point of contact with customers and colleagues and attention to detail which is essential to processing orders, quotes and record-keeping. The candidate must possess the skill set required and have a fundamental desire to help improve productivity and effectiveness of the team. Experience in customer service, marketing, web design, related scientific field and/or sales positions, a plus.

Job Description:
To prepare raw, intermediate or final products in accordance with client specifications and/or Lampire work orders with the goal of providing consistent, high quality products and services to our customers with complete and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
• Prepare formulations and products according to established batch records and work orders.
• Maintain lot number, batch and equipment logbooks in accordance with established procedures.
• Perform on-line inspection of components/product and immediately notify supervisor of any problems.

• Ensure that all operations are in compliance with existing procedures, manufacturing work instructions, and GMP’s.

Customer Service/Inside Sales representative needed for a Pennsylvania based biological raw material provider to the life sciences. Four-year degree and science/immunology coursework or experience, preferred. Seeking a self-motivated, team player with exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Candidate must have a positive, can-do attitude, friendly personality, the ability to establish rapport quickly and the capability to absorb and articulate technical information. Strong organization, data analysis, excel and communication skills are imperative.

• Assist QA in regards to Customer Complaints

Education:

Job Description:
Perform Quality Control testing for Lampire Products with the goal of providing consistent, high quality products to our customers.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
• Perform the functions and related duties to Quality control for Lampire products.
• Perform ELISA, HPLC, Endotoxin, mycoplasma & Custom QC testing.
• Data analysis, and reporting.
• Maintain inventory of raw materials and supplies.
• Compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures and Batch Records (SOP & BR).
• Perform all work in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)

Requirements:

Care of animals including feeding, cleaning, treatment and preventive medicine. Daily production and maintaining the animal areas of the facility.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
• Animal care AM/PM daily
• Complete daily production which may include injections, bleeding, milking etc.
• Maintain animal living areas
• Document findings and job completions in the required logs

Requirements:
• Animal Science degree or 4 or more years of animal related experience.
• The ability to lift or move up to 50lbs or more on a regular basis
• Good oral and written communications skills (English)
• Windows based computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Description:
The landscaping groundskeeper will perform landscaping and related services required to maintain safe and attractive grounds.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
• Good verbal communication skills.

• Ensures proper hydration of lawns, trees, and plants using sprinkler systems, hoses, watering cans, or irrigation systems.
• Trims trees and vegetation and maintains flower beds.
• Maintains sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, fountains, planters, burial sites, or other features; performs general cleaning and snow removal.
• Plans and cultivates lawns, turf, or gardens and, based on landscaping designs, determines further work that should occur.
• Delivers and spreads topsoil and/or straw over newly seeded areas.
• Prepares chemicals as needed for application by mixing according to directions.
• Applies fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides onto grass, shrubs or trees by spraying or spreading.

Position: Small Animal Technician
Job Description:
The primary responsibility of this individual is to maintain the overall health and well-being of the rabbits including cage and facility maintenance. This would include the feeding and watering of rabbits, administering treatments, as well as swapping, cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing all animal housing units and animal facilities.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
• Feeding, watering, and administering treatments, including observing and reporting any signs of disease/illness and help to treat minor cases of such findings.
• Scraping, chipping, and dusting, animal caging units
• Swapping/rotating animal.caging units
• Disassembling/assembling, cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing all animal caging units including feeders, water bottles, and enrichment items
• Facility maintenance including, HVAC, water systems, light fixtures, etc.
• Responsible for completing accurate reports documentation records including maintenance sheet, room temperature log, animal treatments, and animal inventory
• Maintaining the rabbit breeding program
• Tattooing of rabbits
• RODAC testing, pre and post cleaning
• Responsible for keeping accurate inventory of supplies needed
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent is required, a bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent preferred but not required

• AALAS certification, and familiarity with USDA and AAALAC regulatory requirements a plus
• Good oral and written communication skills (English), mathematics skills, and good attention to detail are required.
• Good organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to give directions, train others and communicate effectively while working in a team oriented setting
• 1 year minimum of relevant working experience

Position: Purification Technician
Job Description:
This position will be responsible for the purification of antibodies at the Everett facility.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
• Routine buffer preparation for all processes being performed in the department.
• Protein A and Protein G purification of Normal igGs and other antibodies
• Write and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Batch Records (BR) as needed.
• Assist in filing, labeling and finished product good inspection.
• Operate basic Laboratory and Analytical equipment
• Compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) in relation to Protein Purification
• Cleaning of all laboratory areas on a regular basis

Position: Handyman/Maintenance
Job Description:
This position is responsible for performing diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain facilities and equipment according to safety objectives. Additionally, experience with carpentry, mechanics, landscaping and snow removal is needed. Previous experience operating heavy equipment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
• Self-starter, capable of managing multiple projects and/or assignments.
• Ability to manage supervisor’s expectations, and to work and manage a schedule.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Must have had license for 3+ years.
• Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Requirements:
• Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of facilities and performs scheduled maintenance repairs as needed.
• Perform mechanical duties and responsibilities.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
• Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions. Use a variety of hand and power tools in performing duties.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
