First and foremost, thank you for being a Lampire customer. For 45 years Lampire has played an important role as a key supplier of critical raw materials. We continue our mission to make your research goals our top priority and are grateful for the trust you place with us. We also recognize that we are all being impacted by inflation in ways we have not seen for decades.
The consumer price index (CPI) and the producer price index (PPI) are at their highest point in several decades, rising over 8% compared with one year ago. Lampire has been impacted by this primarily in the rising costs of consumables, energy, transportation, and labor, as we have seen increases of over 70% in some categories.
Our customer service, sales, project management, operations, and technical support team members continue to uphold the corporate values of our Quality Policy.
To provide consistently and competitively, high quality, reliable products and services in conformity with ISO 13485:2016 and our customers’ specifications; while continuing to improve the effectiveness of our quality management system. To continue as a reliable and resourceful supplier partner, we find it necessary to pass on a portion of the cost increases we are experiencing.
As a result, standard catalog pricing will be increased an average of 10% on all orders received after July 11, 2022. We will continue to work diligently to minimize any further increases.
